Emma selected lovely hotels for us in London and Paris that were within walking distance of many activities and just steps away from public transportation.

She customized a plan for us to make sure that each member of my family had different activities to look forward to throughout the trip. Emma even made time to join us for coffee one day to say hello in person.

Aside from making sure we never had a dull moment, she provided guidance on how to navigate the cities and the Eurostar from London to Paris.

When we encountered an extended flight delay (29 hours), Emma was easily reachable to help us reschedule tours and made sure we were aware of our rights to compensation in the UK for such delays.
